Analiese (Annie) Domingos, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | LCSW73050
I’m a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma and build deeper, more connected relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that our past experiences—especially the ones we didn’t choose—don’t have to define our future.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support clients in healing from trauma and reclaiming their sense of self. Whether it’s childhood wounds, relational pain, or overwhelming life events, I guide clients through evidence-based practices that bring relief, clarity, and resilience.
I also work extensively with parents who are looking to break generational cycles of trauma. My approach focuses on connection over control, helping parents understand their own stress responses and show up with greater empathy, boundaries, and repair. I believe healing ourselves is one of the most powerful ways to raise emotionally resilient children.
With couples, I help identify core patterns and emotional triggers that keep partners stuck in disconnection. Together, we explore each person’s stress response and emotional inheritance to build awareness, compassion, and new ways of connecting—even during conflict.
As a therapist, speaker, and mom, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in science—with a touch of humor and humanity to make the hard work feel a little lighter.
