I’m Grace, a therapist based in Fresno, CA, offering in-person and telehealth services across California. I support children, teens, adults, and couples through life’s challenges with compassion and creativity.

With children, I primarily use child-centered play therapy—their natural language—to build emotional regulation and self-awareness. For teens and adults, I take a trauma-informed approach, integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems to support healing and lasting change.

As a musician, I value creativity in the therapeutic process. I incorporate music, art, sandtray, and movement as alternative ways to explore and process emotions. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where you feel seen, heard, and supported on your journey.
