Mandy Castanon (she/her) is a licensed therapist with over 8 years of experience supporting LGBTQ+ teens, young adults, and adults through trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

Certified in Theraplay at the intermediate level and trained in EMDR, Mandy integrates attachment-based and trauma-informed care to help clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and feel more empowered in their relationships and decisions. Whether working through grief, anxiety, family dynamics, or the long-term impact of trauma, Mandy creates a space that’s affirming, curious, and rooted in trust.

Based in Fresno, California, she offers therapy in person and online, and also serves as adjunct faculty teaching undergraduate and graduate-level counseling courses.
