I am passionate about supporting my clients in reaching their goals and living more empowered, authentic, and connected lives. My approach is collaborative, warm and holistic. Together we explore how past events shape current behavior, the mind-body connection, and curiosity for all the parts of ourselves. I specialize in the treatment of trauma using EMDR, a tool that captures our innate ability to heal and grow.

Since 2010 I have worked in private practice as an LMFT/LPCC at House Psychiatric Clinic, Inc. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology (Vassar College, 2000) and a master's degree in counseling (CSU Fresno, 2009). I am trained in and am pursuing certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). I am a CAMFT Certified Supervisor and am also passionate about mentoring new clinicians.
